About Us
OFFICINA VITTORIA SRL
Founded in 1979 as a handicraft company by Mr.Itraloni and Mr.Rustioni, presently employs 18 persons, 75% of whom in technical and production, with a cumulative experience and know-how in mould making of 226 years.
Specialized in the design and manufacturing of blow moulding moulds for most articles in plastic materials serving end users industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, agricultural and others.
Proven/demonstrated ability to support our customers , being them blow moulders, end users or machine producers, with design and consulting activities for the optimization of the final piece, with technical assistance in the actual production ( from the start-up to the optimization and productivity improvement stage) as well as in moulds modifications or maintenance.
Located in Copiano (PV), 25 Km south of Milan, where 1500 sq.meters of production is coupled with laboratory and office space. We supplied moulds mainly to the Italian industry and only more recently expanded our sales also in other markets which this year represent 20% of total.
Products
Moulds in 3D / Suction
We are the market leaders in Italy for the design and manufacturing of 3D moulds for the Suction technology, complete of “pipe-clamp” and “post cooling” to satisfy the most stringent request from the automobile industry. Also for these applications we can provide multi cavity molds, with internal movements and integral cuts.
Moudls
Officina Vittoria designs and realizes many different blow moulding moulds, prototypes or finals, for the automotive and other technical applications.
In the automotive area we have molds for tanks or reservoirs with small capacity and for bigger ducts, with the possibility to obtain cuts of the domes integrated into the moulds, holes, loops or other specifics.
In addition we can add in the mould the possibility of movements, driven by cylinders, which allows obtaining complex design eliminating various undercuts.
We are also capable to manufacture “sprue remover” to be coupled with the mould itself in order to eliminate the parison flashes external to the moulded article after the blowing.
We have produced moulds for a variety of parts used by many different industries such as Toys, Household Appliances, House ware, Gardening, agriculture, baby items and so on.
We are proud to report that we have contributed into the development of special items that only a while ago were unthinkable to be produced.
Moulds for bottles and containers
More than 30 years ago, at the beginning of its existence, Officina Vittoria was exclusively producing moulds for bottles and containers.
Today, with our know-how in these applications, we can still offer consultancy services, development and design services for the most demanding articles in polycarbonate or PET, such as water or soft drinks containers, used by the food/mineral water international industry.
We can design and produce moulds for containers, with or without handles, which can be easily stacked up. Such moulds can be produced also with interchangeable inserts which alllow the production of different size containers.

Officina Vittoria obtained in 2002 the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for the design and construction of moulds: in our company we live quality and quality consistency not as constraints, but as a necessary way of living in a world of continuous improvement.
Our quality policy comprehends the idea of global offer, which starts from the technical consultancy and ends with the assistance at the customer production level.
We offer design and project expertise and know-how, construction and testing of the mould and or of the “sprue remover” equipment, with the presence of qualified personnel, the dimensional control on the final blown piece and any subsequent need for maintenance and or modification of the mould itself.
